Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our Quality Control Department. The ideal candidate, preferably an experienced lady, will have a strong background in quality control and a proven track record of ensuring product excellence, particularly in a biscuit production company.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Train and supervise quality control staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyze quality control data and prepare reports for senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in a quality control role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Proven experience in a biscuit production company.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Relevant certifications in quality control or related fields are a plus.
