We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales with a minimum of 7years of relevant experience and strong educational qualifications to drive our sales efforts and achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results
Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals within specified timelines
Foster strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for repeat business
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market segments and growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
Provide guidance and support to the sales team in negotiations and deal closures
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team’s skills and knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Requirements
