Job Summary
The Head of Sales and Marketing will drive the marketing and outreach efforts for the care home, focusing on promoting its services to prospective clients, healthcare professionals, and the community.
With a strong background in healthcare, the candidate will use their clinical knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate the care home’s value, services, and care standards.
The role involves developing marketing strategies, fostering relationships with referral sources, and educating potential clients about the care home’s services.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the healthcare settings will be an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), healthcare management or a related Biological/Life Science field. A marketing qualification or training is an advantage.
Strong understanding of healthcare services, patient care, and the care home industry.
Experience in marketing, healthcare outreach, or community engagement is an advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively communicate complex healthcare information to non-medical audiences.
Strong marketing and sales skills, with an ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
