Head of Sales

Job Summary

As head of sales, you will identify new business opportunities, drive sales/revenue growth, and oversee the sales team (Team Lead and Loan Officers). The desired candidate will work closely with senior leadership to execute the company’s sales strategy, manage key relationships, and ensure business objectives are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and business relationships to drive new revenue streams.
Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to achieve the company’s goals.
Track, analyze and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts and team performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any related discipline. 
Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales or business development, experience in a financial sector is mandatory.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Salary

N200,000 – N250,000
