Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic program plans aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee program design, execution, and evaluation to ensure impact and efficiency.
Lead and mentor program staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
Collaborate with Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) teams to assess program success.
Ensure compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies.
Represent the organization at key meetings, conferences, and events.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience in stakeholder management and partnership development.
Proficient in program management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in development studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
