Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization.
Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Managing Director informed of all critical issues
Share in knowledge dissemination, reporting, and communications.
Increases management’s effectiveness by orienting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers and their downlines where neccessary; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Devise and implement strategies for meeting sales performance targets
Qualification
Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing or related field
At least 5 years experience in similar role
Construction industry knowledge will be an added advantage
Salary
Industry competitive + commissions
