Head of Operations Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities

Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
Design policies that align with overall strategy and Implement processes and standards
Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Desired Profile

HND/B.Sc. Degree from a reputable institution
Proven experience as Head of Operations with minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Must have completed NYSC
Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance e.t.c.
Experience with implementing IT systems

Essential Soft skills

Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills, Good Interpersonal skills, Networking skills, Leadership skills, Problem solving skills
Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
