Head of Operations

Purpose of the Role

We are an innovative company focused on developing technology-driven solutions that enhance digital and real- world interactions. Our flagship product is a cutting-edge C2C platform revolutionizing event discovery, creation, and participation across smart TVs, mobile phones, and desktops.

As Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in scaling products by optimizing operational processes, expanding into new markets, and ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who ensures that nothing falls through the cracks while translating the CEO’s vision into tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and scalability for product.
Capable of overseeing multiple projects and providing critical feedback on their direction to ensure alignment with business goals
Oversee cross-functional teams across product development, marketing, and user engagement to ensure seamless execution.
Drive market expansion initiatives, identifying and executing growth opportunities.
Provide critical insights and feedback on the direction of all company projects, ensuring strategic alignment.
Enhance platform functionality by collaborating with product and engineering teams to optimize user experience across devices.
Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to inform decision-making and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven leadership experience in operations, preferably in a tech-driven or platform-based company.
Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to scale digital platforms.
A person who can navigate multiple projects and provide actionable feedback.
Experience in market expansion, business growth, and operational optimization.
A data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Passionate about technology, innovation, and community-driven ecosystems.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, product management, & IT or a related field.
BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information system Management or a related discipline.
Experience with scaling digital platforms and managing cross-functional teams will be an added advantage.
