Head of Operations

Job Summary:

The Head of Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that all systems and processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a leader who thrives on solving complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement efficient systems, processes, and standard operating procedures to streamline internal business operations.
Design and execute business strategies, plans, and procedures to align with organizational goals.
Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring seamless execution across all functions.
Support the development and implementation of project strategies to achieve key objectives.
Drive revenue generation activities across the company’s various business segments, ensuring growth and profitability.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, coordination, and communication within the team.
Lead and facilitate weekly project management meetings, optimizing meeting structures and ensuring effective collaboration.
Establish comprehensive performance and growth goals for the organization, fostering innovation and success.
Develop and implement policies that promote a strong company culture and align with the organizational vision.
Supervise daily operations and oversee the performance of staff and contract personnel across departments such as IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
Inspire and lead employees to achieve maximum performance, dedication, and engagement.
Analyze and interpret performance data and metrics to evaluate progress and make informed decisions.
Prepare and submit detailed reports to the CEO on critical business matters and organizational performance.
Collaborate with the Managing Director (MD) to identify and pursue fundraising opportunities, new business channels, and market expansion.
Participate in strategic company growth initiatives, including business development, new business setups, investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances.
Build and manage strong relationships with partners and vendors to ensure long-term collaboration and success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred).
Certification – COMP/COM
7+ years years proven experience in an operations leadership role, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving results.
Strong understanding of business functions, including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
