Requirements
Candidates MUST be Retired Officers of the Armed Forces not below the rank of CAPTAIN in the Army or its equivalent in the Navy or Air force.
Ideal candidates should not be more than 55 years with academic qualification NOT BELOW B.Sc. or HND.
Additional qualification though not compulsory will be an added advantage.
