Oversee and implement an integrated on-boarding and development of staffs.
Ensure the delivery of an overall cutomer experience and achieve a consistently high customer satisfaction levels.
Oversee and implement cost control measures and minimise waste from all operational processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory sanitation and safety rules and regulations.
Create and nurture a positive working environment, while leading by example.
Ensure all operational requirements and assignments align with and support the company brand.
Give, recieve and analyse information, formulate work plans, articulate goals and action plans.
Resolve problems, handle conflict and ake effective decisions uder pressure.
Manage entire operations to ensure consistent business continuity irrespective of external extenuating circumstances.

A degree in Business, Management, Social Sciences or any other related course.
Proven experience leading people and aiding their development.
4-5 years cognate experience in a managerial role (Dry cleaning experience preferable)
strong internal and external customer service skills
Excellent time, project and people management skills
A medium level ofcomputer, email, word processing skills.
