Head of Marketing

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand in the market. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our company. This leadership position requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the PropTech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, branding, and customer communications.
Brand Management: Lead the development of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Establish our company as a trusted and innovative leader in the PropTech industry.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity while ensuring effective cross-functional alignment.
Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives and enhance customer experience.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve measurable results and a high return on investment (ROI).
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and activities, using data and analytics to continuously improve effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the technology, PropTech, or real estate industry.
Skills: Proven expertise in digital marketing brand strategy, market research, and team management. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects.
Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies, with a data-driven mindset and a focus on measurable results.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for a variety of audiences.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
