Job Summary

You will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to sustain and grow brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and team leadership. Job Details

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Shuttlers’ business goals.
Identify target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions to drive marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning

Brand Management:

Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen Shuttlers’ market presence.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Manage brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand equity.

Digital Marketing:

Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI and drive customer engagement.
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
Implement loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Public Relations and Communications:

Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and event planning.
Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance Shuttlers’ reputation and visibility.
Serve as the company spokesperson for marketing-related matters.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team and monitor progress.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor and control marketing expenditures to achieve financial objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in the mobility, transportation, or related industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong network of industry contacts and media relationships.
