Position Summary:
The Group Head of Human Resources & Administration is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and driving HR and administrative strategies across the organization. The role ensures alignment with the company’s vision and operational objectives while fostering a high-performing workforce and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies supporting organizational goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning frameworks.
Drive performance management, leadership development, and DEI initiatives.
Lead the design of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Champion employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and productivity.
Promote the organization’s culture through training and development programs.
Administrative Oversight:
Manage shared services, including procurement, facility management, and health & safety.
Implement efficient systems to support seamless business operations.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure HR and administrative policies comply with labor laws and industry standards.
Conduct audits and compliance reviews to mitigate risks.
Strategic Leadership and Advisory:
Align HR and administrative strategies with organizational goals.
Use HR analytics to monitor performance and support decision-making.
Lead change management initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Certifications:
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, or SPHR) are desirable.
Experience:
At least 15 years of HR and administrative leadership experience, with 7+ years in a senior/executive role.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or technology sectors is an added advantage.
Skills:
Leadership, strategic planning, and change management expertise.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
