Head of Growth and Commercials

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Leadership:

Develop and execute the sales strategy across online and digital channels, partnerships, B2G, B2B, and direct sales.
Lead the sales and growth teams to achieve sales targets, drive revenue generation, and scale our business across different markets and regions.
Shape and mold the sales culture within Soso Care, emphasizing innovation, performance, and customer-centricity.

Digital and Brand Development:

Oversee the company’s digital presence, ensuring the growth of brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through various online platforms.
Lead the marketing and branding efforts, aligning them with the sales strategy and business objectives to ensure the Soso Care brand is recognized as a leader in health insurance and wellness.

Team Development and Management:

Build, develop, and lead high-performance sales and marketing teams across different locations and operational divisions.
Ensure the right sales processes and structures are in place to meet growth targets while creating a positive and growth-oriented culture within the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product and marketing teams to align product development with market needs and ensure compelling value propositions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment of commercial goals with overall company objectives.

Partnership and Market Expansion:

Establish and manage partnerships with key stakeholders including B2B, B2G, insurance providers, corporate clients, and other strategic partners to drive growth.
Explore and expand new business avenues, identifying untapped markets and opportunities for scaling the company’s offerings.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Continuously track and analyze growth metrics, sales performance, and ROI on various channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the executive leadership team to ensure alignment on key objectives and expectations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Leadership Experience:

Proven track record of leadership in growth, commercial, or sales roles within startup or fast-paced environments.
Experience managing and scaling sales teams, with a strong ability to drive performance through coaching and mentoring.

Industry Expertise:

Significant experience in sales, leadership, or growth within the insurance sector (preferably health insurance).
Strong understanding of the insurance industry landscape, market trends, and challenges, especially in digital and online sales channels.

Marketing & Branding:

Deep expertise in branding, marketing strategy, and digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Growth-Oriented Mindset:

Proven ability to adapt quickly to market changes and lead innovative strategies in a high-growth, high-pressure environment.
Ability to build and nurture a high-performance sales culture that is results-driven, focused on continuous improvement, and customer-centric.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and using analytics to drive decisions.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on scalability and sustainable growth.
