iCentra is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Growth to lead our business expansion efforts across B2B and B2C segments. This strategic role requires an innovative leader with a strong background in growth strategy, digital marketing, business development, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Lead business development efforts and establish strategic partnerships for market expansion.
Oversee marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning to enhance visibility.
Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead conversion and revenue streams.
Leverage data analytics and predictive modelling for performance optimization.
Champion product-led growth initiatives and customer experience enhancements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Growth in new customer acquisition rates.
Percentage increase in revenue from existing and new channels.
Improvement in customer retention and churn rate reduction.
ROI on digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Increase in conversion rates from leads to paying customers.
Number of strategic partnerships and new market entries.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Growth Strategy, Data Science, or related fields.
Certifications in Growth Hacking, Digital Marketing, or Product-Led Growth (preferred).

 Experience:

10+ years in growth leadership, business development, and marketing.
Proven track record of scaling businesses in technology, consulting, or learning sectors.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in data-driven environments.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Expertise in SEO, PPC, performance marketing, and sales funnel optimization.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and execution abilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
