Job Description
Coordinate the strategic planning process, for the institution and its subsidiaries
Overseeing the implementation and execution of the company’s strategy, monitoring, and evaluating of performance end to end against the target
Develop organizations growth initiatives coordinate the organization’s growth initiatives
Lead the company’s innovation exchange strategy, and develop a pipeline of innovative partners.
Requirements:
Advanced Degree (MBA or MSC in a relevant business related course)
Minimum 8 – 10 years of professional experience with at least 4 in a related
position and at least 4 years of leadership experience.
Bachelors Degree in a STEM course or Finance related course
Project management knowledge demonstrated by a certification (L6S, Agile, PMI, etc.)
Previous experience in management consulting or prior corporate strategy
background will be an advantage.
