Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance policies
Oversee risk management frameworks and regulatory reporting
Develop and implement compliance programs for investment and capital ventures
Work closely with legal teams and financial analysts to ensure adherence to industry standards
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submissions of reports.
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
Strong experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs
Proven track record in fundraising and capital ventures
Ability to develop and implement compliance strategies effectively.
