Job SummaryThe role will primarily be responsible for strong strategic marketing, digital customer acquisition, field sales, and lifecycle management as well as business development skills. As a corporate officer position, the Head of Commercial will report directly to the Head of the digital bankDuties and Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for the setting and achieving of the commercial
Strategic objectives as well as customer acquisition and deposit targets. Thus, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the short and long term marketing and customer acquisition plans but not limited to digital marketing, salesforce and offline marketing
Candidate will provide oversight for brand marketing and acquisition, customer experience and digital products
Candidate will be responsible for customer lifecycle management and using advanced analytics to drive value from the customers
Candidate will be required to participate in the preparation of the business plans for the bank.
He /she will carry on and be responsible for the implementation of preventive actions to assure the compliance with the budget.
Job requirement
Minimum of 10 years commercial management experience
3-4 of which should have been in a similar role in e-commerce, telecoms, banking or related industries, Retail banking experience would be a plus
