The key purpose of this job role is to build and lead the business development team and maximize the revenue streams of our product offerings.

Hiring and leading the business development team to meet our strategic goals
Be responsible to find and develop new approaches in order to significantly increase the value that we bring to all of our clients
Pitch, close and integrate new products by making sure, that our strategic goals are met
Work closely with the management team to develop new acquisition campaigns
Work closely together with our global Seedstars supportive teams.
Your Profile
Completed university degree in Business Administration/ -Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations or equivalent experience
4+ years in a business development role within a financial company, e-commerce company or similar online business
Demonstrated leadership experience
Excellent knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector
Strong project management expertise with proven strategic and analytical skills
Understanding of cross-functional and global business requirements
Strong communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
