Purpose
To lead and manage the Terminal Asset Management team, ensuring all equipment, facilities and civil infrastructure operate at optimum level of safety, reliability, availability, efficiency and optimal lifecycle management.
Implement asset’s lifecycle and maintenance strategies based on industry standards and APM Terminals’ policies to support organization strategic objectives and operational excellence.
Foster a culture of continues improvement, developing talent, building capabilities of the Asset Management, to drive long-term organizational success
Ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management to support seamless operations and asset availability.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Requires five years’ experience in Asset Management leading maintenance and repair departments
Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a track record of delivering results in a multi-functional, multicultural environment
Proficiency in CMMS systems and data-driven decision-making
Expertise in lean methodologies, with demonstrated success in implementing process improvements, problem solving and waste reduction across maintenance and inventory operations
Experience in productivity optimization through process optimization
Strong interpersonal skills able to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders’ interests toward a common business benefit
Fluent in English and local language (where applicable)
