Job Description

Plan and develop menus, including seasonal changes, and create new dishes
Ensure food production and hygiene standards are maintained, and that food is prepared and served to a high standard
Manage kitchen finances and resources, including ordering stock, controlling costs, and maintaining equipment
Ensure guests receive excellent service and enjoy their culinary experience
Direct kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup
Approving dishes before they are served.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 3 – 10 years relevant work experience.
