We currently have a vacancy for the position of Head Business Intelligence and Customer Analytics.
Details:

The candidate will manage system people and process to ensure that the business has 360-degree market awareness and provide actionable data and insights to support effective commercial decision making.
Lead Business Intelligence Department which includes managing the Data Warehouse, Corporate Reporting and Customer Analytics.
The scope of this role includes implementation of group key performance indicator definitions, leading customer management analytics, design and implement reporting system, abnormality root cause analysis, market share analysis, campaign management analytics, business planning and forecast data, geo-marketing analysis, pilot management and reporting as well as product performance post-analysis.
