Purpose Statement
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for identifying and executing innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will play a critical part in shaping CredPal’s market presence, ensuring sustainable growth, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns. By combining creativity with analytical expertise, you will help position CredPal as a leader in the fintech industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels across digital and non-digital platforms.
Optimize paid and organic channels such as PPC, SEO, email, social media, and content marketing.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to optimize the user funnel, improve conversions, and enhance the customer experience.
Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Implement A/B testing and data-driven experimentation to identify the most effective strategies for growth.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring high ROI for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Develop partnerships and strategic collaborations to expand CredPal’s reach and market presence.
Preferred Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably within the fintech, e-commerce, or tech industry.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in managing paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of the financial services or fintech industry is a significant advantage.
