The Growth Manager is our Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll oversee and inspire our Sales, Customer Experience, Telesales and Marketing teams, ensuring they’re aligned, motivated, and delivering results.
This role isn’t just about meeting sales targets—it’s about shaping the future of Radease with bold ideas, flawless execution, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Growth
Create and execute winning strategies to bring in new customers and keep existing ones happy
Lead initiatives that boost customer retention and increase revenue per user
Find innovative ways to expand our presence in key markets
Lead & Inspire
Manage and coach a team of Sales Associates, Customer Experience Specialists, Telesales reps & Marketing Executives
Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
Set clear goals and ensure the team is always hitting (and exceeding) their targets
Focus on the Customer
Proactively gather feedback from customers to improve services and loyalty
Develop after-sales strategies that strengthen relationships and drive repeat purchases
Be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs guide our efforts
Be Data-Driven
Analyze performance metrics to uncover insights and opportunities for growth
Report key findings to the CEO and recommend adjustments to keep us ahead of the curve
Shape the Future
Contribute to our fundraising strategy by showing investors the power of our growth machine
Build frameworks that ensure our growth strategies are scalable and sustainable
Who We’re Looking For
Proven Leader: You’ve led successful sales teams, ideally in retail or medical sales, and have the results to prove it
Strategic & Execution-Focused: You see the big picture but can also dive into the details to get things done
Customer-Centric: You know how to keep customers happy while driving revenue
Data-Savvy: You’re comfortable with analytics and using data to inform decisions
