Growth Manager

Purpose Statement

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Growth Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role will require a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and execution to scale our business. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven decision-making, understands growth strategies, and has a proven track record of delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities across various channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and offline campaigns.
Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels, ensuring high ROI and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) efficiency.
Design and implement strategies for conversion rate optimization (CRO) across all customer touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and email.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to drive product-led growth initiatives and improve the user journey.
Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance, uncover insights, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
Lead growth experiments, such as A/B testing and multivariate testing, to identify effective tactics and scale successful initiatives.
Foster strategic partnerships to broaden the reach and enhance brand visibility.
Manage and track key growth metrics such as LTV (Lifetime Value), CAC, churn, and user engagement, and report them to leadership.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to adapt growth strategies effectively.

Preferred Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience working in fintech or an high-growth companies is highly desirable
Proven experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Manager, Marketing Manager, or Product Growth Lead) with a track record of delivering measurable results.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau, and familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and external partners.
Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and customer segmentation strategies.
