Growth Lead – Daily Shuttle

Job Summary

In this role, we are looking for a highly driven Growth Lead for our daily shuttle business line. This role requires a data-driven individual with a solid background in partnerships, sales, performance marketing, and customer funnel optimization. The ideal candidate will spearhead the implementation of growth strategies to meet the monthly user acquisition target for the daily shuttle.

Job Details

Customer Acquisition & Growth Strategy

Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive daily user acquisition
Optimize digital and offline acquisition channels, including paid advertising, SEO, etc
Identify and implement data-backed growth research to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
Work closely with internal teams to enhance the customer journey and onboarding experience.
Track, analyze, and report key growth metrics ( conversion rates, churn) to measure and optimize performance.
Use A/B testing and marketing automation to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
Collaborate with the data team to develop dashboards that provide real-time insights into user acquisition performance.
Establish and nurture partnerships with corporate organizations, educational institutions, and communities to drive customer acquisition.
Build and execute strategic partnerships that generate leads and increase users
Launch and manage referral programs, loyalty campaigns, and promotional offers.
Conduct user research and analyze customer behavior to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
Work with the product and operations teams to improve user experience and reduce churn.
Develop and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.

Requirements

5+ years experience in growth marketig, performance marketing, business development, or digital sales, preferably in mobility, fintech, or consumer tech.
Proven track record of designing and executing customer acquisition strategies that drive measurable growth.
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and CRM tools.
Strong understanding of SEO, referral marketing, influencer marketing, and email automation.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
