Growth Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Strategist to lead the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies that drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and implementing data-driven solutions to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to boost clients’ engagement and retention.
Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with overall business goals.
Use data analysis and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Conduct A/B testing and other performance assessments to refine marketing and sales tactics.
Manage and oversee the implementation of growth initiatives, ensuring they meet KPIs and deliver results.
Create and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting growth progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or related fields.
A bachelor’s degree in the related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience with growth tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies based on market trends.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
