Responsibilities and Duties This is a hands on Group HR Manager role which includes the following responsibilities:
Resourcing and Talent Management
Performance management
Staff Training & ManagementDevelopment .
Supervising all issues relating to PFAs, HMOs, ITF and other HR related Regulatory agencies
Development/Management of HR Policy, Strategy, Plan, Processes and Practices to support the business strategy
Managementof Industrial/Employee Relations
Preparation of HR Budget &Reward System (Benefits & Compensation)
Welfare, Health and Safety
Skills/Attributes
Strategic mind-set & long term vision capabilities
Transparency, Firmness and Fairness
Analytical, Creative & Entrepreneurial
Capable of problem solving and decision making
Aself-motivated leader &Team player
Exceptional inter-personal & communication skills (both verbal & written),
IT skills ( non-negotiable)
Qualification and Experience
A University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration or a Social Science Discipline. Possession of a Masters’ degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as HR Manager preferably in the Manufacturing Sector
Must have good knowledge of labour laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to Human Resources Management
Membership of Professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) & Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD) will be an added advantage
