Role Description

Position Summary

The Group Executive Director, Finance, Treasury & Administration will oversee the group’s financial strategy, treasury operations, and administrative functions. This leadership role entails strategic planning, regulatory compliance, operational optimization, and fostering excellence across subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

Treasury and Risk Management

Optimize capital and liquidity management across subsidiaries.
Implement sound investment and funding strategies.
Establish and monitor robust risk management frameworks.

Administrative Operations

Manage procurement, facilities, and operational compliance.
Enhance records and documentation systems.
Promote workplace safety, sustainability, and resource efficiency.

Governance and Compliance

Ensure adherence to IFRS, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Strengthen internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
Lead internal and external audits for financial and operational oversight.

Team Development

Supervise CFOs of subsidiaries and key administrative staff.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across teams.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Group CEO
Direct Reports: CFOs of subsidiaries and key administrative leads
