Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and have experience in creating visually compelling graphics for various platforms.
You will collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Create and design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website content, marketing materials, and advertisements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to continuously enhance skills and creativity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 3 – 6 years proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role (portfolio required).
Proficiency in design software such as Canva, figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
