OBJECTIVE:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Graphics and Cyber Security Facilitator to join our team in Asaba, Delta State. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs in graphic design and cyber security, equipping our participants with valuable skills for today\\\’s digital economy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum in graphic design and cyber security principles
Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and practical exercises for diverse participants
Design learning materials that cater to various skill levels and learning styles
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to program participants
Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated on current trends and best practices in graphic design and cyber security
Collaborate with the education team to continuously improve training programs
Support participants in developing portfolios and practical projects
Contribute to Coriftech\\\’s mission of digital empowerment across Africa
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Information Security, or a related field
Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, threats, and best practices
Previous teaching or training experience, particularly in technical subjects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in accessible terms
Passion for technology education and community empowerment
Experience working with diverse populations, particularly youth and women
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
Preferred Skills
Certification in cyber security (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.)
Experience in UI/UX design
Knowledge of web design principles
Understanding of African tech ecosystem challenges and opportunities
Fluency in multiple languages relevant to target communities
