Develop and write compelling grant proposals, concept notes, and donor reports tailored to each funder’s requirements and interests.
Manage the entire grant lifecycle — from initial application and budgeting through compliance, reporting, and renewal — ensuring all deadlines and donor guidelines are met with high-quality submissions.
Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, funders, and philanthropic partners through regular communication, updates, and engagement opportunities.
Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to secure multi—year funding partnerships and diversify revenue streams (e.g. government grants, corporate sponsorships, and foundation support).
Collaborate closely with program and finance teams to align grant proposals with project objectives, budgets, and impact metrics, ensuring funding requests are realistic and impactful.

Demonstrated success in securing significant funding from multiple sources (government agencies, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic foundations).
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft a persuasive narrative and adapt tone/style to different audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a diverse team, showing initiative, flexibility, and leadership when coordinating efforts.
