He/she assist in developing engaging content (videos, images, text) for WhatsApp Broadcasts.
Monitor content trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries from the audience.
Engage users with interactive content such as polls, quizzes, and giveaways.
Support the team in running promotions and sponsored ads.
Help track ad performance and engagement metrics.
A-ssit in pitching advertising opportunities to potential clients.
Monitor engagement metrics (views, clicks, shares) and provide reports.
Identify trends and suggest content improvements based on analytics.
Work with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc in Mass Communication or a related field
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
Good writing and communication skills.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content management tools is a plus.
