Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
Ensure onboarding for new employees is done as per standardÂ
Maintain and update employee records on ERP and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Support in organizing employee engagement and development activities and other HR related activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling official correspondence, including emails, phone calls and letters.
Address employee complaints and inquiries or escalate issues to the appropriate personnels or units.
Support the HR team in coordinating employee training, development programs, and welfare.
Timely and accurate recording and updating daily attendance on the ERP such as Sick leave, Casual leave etc.
Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents)
Requirements
B.Sc., or HND in human resource, business administration or any related field
Minimum of 0-3 years working experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills, resourceful thinking and smart
Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
