Graduate Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

Preparation of costings, quotations, sales orders, delivery notes for all sales segments
Timely follow up on quotation submitted to receipt of Customer POs
Responsible for submission of new quotations and proposals
Prepare and supply quotations to the sales managers within allocated time as per customer requirement
Liaise with Finance for invoice updates and payment status
Monitor and follow-up on payment collections
Preparing AR review reports on weekly basis
Responsible for monthly payment collection plan
Attend weekly AR meeting to provide updates on payment collection and recovery
Prepare cost sheets and maintain a price list to assist in pricing function
Prepare and maintain project tracking template and other documentation for project related activities
Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Service for delivery, installation and timely invoicing submission
Interact with customers for site readiness and various site related activities
Prepare presentations to assist in effective sales calls.
Assist in organizing customer meets, exhibitions etc.
Follow up on outstanding LPO/Award letter for collection
Outstanding payments and WHT receipt follow up with customers
Monitor and follow up with Service for installations and collect job completion report (JCC) for invoicing
Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly Sales revenue reports
Maintain and sustain sales related ERP data entry, report generation and dis-semination.
