Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Government and History teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Government and History to secondary school students, ensuring they meet the standards set by Lagos State Education Board, WAEC, and NECO.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Lagos State curriculum, WAEC, and NECO standards.
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to promote student understanding and interest in Government and History.
Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their academic performance.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Government and History education and incorporate them into teaching practices.
