Responsibilities
Strategically Manage Operations in compliance with company’s policies and vision
Drive teams’ performance and ensure that all set targets are achieved
Drive accuracy, productivity and performance to a new level by efficiently managing the Courier and logistic function
Plan and schedule the delivery of goods and cargoes within TAT time
Manages business development
Manages client relationships
Cost management and reporting – Identifying & delivering operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives
Requirements (Qualifications & Experience):
First Degree from a reputable Higher Institution relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be added advantage.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written & presentation
Ability to build & manage strong customer relationship at the senior level
Ability to understand & analyse an issue or problem to develop & implement a corrective action plan
Develops & consistently applies Quality & Continuous Improvement Plans
Strong influence & negotiation skill
Ability to proactively & effectively manage risk on medium to high risk projects
Strong Leadership ability to build & manage a cross cultural & cross business team for effective & efficient customer support
