Provide guidance in planning and implementing corporate services functions always
Provide high level advice and strategies to top management in all matters that may affect company’s performance, statutory and other compliance obligations and risk factors that may impact on the organisation.
Enhance overall company performance and capability through the delivery of quality: financial management and planning; human resource process and policy delivery; information technology architecture and applications; corporate policy; and business performance reporting.
Provide outstanding leadership and direction for Corporate Services functions including: finance; human resources; ICT; facilities and asset management; risk management and planning; quality assurance and compliance;
Ensure the company complies with statutory requirements and corporate social obligations.
