Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel and tour company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Lead, manage, and mentor the team to achieve organizational goals and enhance productivity.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Identify, secure, and close sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and clients within the travel and tourism industry.
Utilize GDS tools such as Amadeus and Galileo to manage bookings, ticketing, and reservations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. – Ensure excellent customer service delivery and client satisfaction. – Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance and business growth to stakeholders.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in GDS tools such as Amadeus, Galileo, and other travel software.
Proven experience in managing teams, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proximity to Ikoyi is important.
