This position reports to the Board of Directors and will have overall responsibility of the P&L for the business.
Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Seeking a proven business-builder GM, with exceptional background in the security services management with a successful track record in marketing, administration, accounting and operations.
Have a proven track record in managing and growing a business exponentially and delivering results.
Developing and implementing plans to optimize the company’s capital structure and the operational and financial strategies to support growth and development
A minimum of 20 years work experience with at least 10 years in a senior leadership capacity as Head of Profit Centre.
Bachelor’s Degree obtained from a reputable university in Nigeria or abroad.
Additional relevant professional qualifications required in security certification body and administrative/accounting bodies.
Exceptionally good in corporate governance and people management.
Experience and conversant with operational security services certifications/affiliations of NIMSA, NSCDC, DPR, NIPEX, FRC.
