The successful candidate will be a member of the executive management team supervising procurement, customer service, operations and outsourced services and playing a leading role in acquiring resources and co-ordinating the efforts of team members as well as third party contractors in ensuring clients are served better. Must be able to drive staff efficiency and productivity.
Skills and competencies
At least 10 years hands on experience in an operations management related role with 5 years in a supervisory role.
A degree or higher diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Estate Management or other related fields.
Proven experience in people management and strategic planning
Excellent organizational skills including ability to manage multiple tasks and teams
Working knowledge of the entire real estate value chain.
