Your main mission will be to manage and develop efficiently the activity in Nigeria under the different following aspects:
Ensure customer satisfaction, warrant quality of services, ensure and continuously optimize financial objectives,
Active prospect of all the potential future clients,
Guarantee the strict compliance with legal country rules
Ensure proper communication with financial community and investors
Propose and follow detailed and ambitious budgets for the company
Identify HR needs, recruit and manage all your staff (expats, locals)
Have an efficient communication with Newrest HQ
Guarantee the application of group policies
Requirements :
Compulsory experience at a managing level ideally in industrial catering industry, or any services type of activity
Compulsory experience at position requiring vast autonomy
Know-How and personality :
Ability to manage a multicultural staff
Implement relevant procedures, organization, controls and reporting
Analyze results, propose and implement corrective actions
Able to work under pressure, and to overcome cultural gap
Excellent skills of communication at all level (client representative, customer, investors, staff…)
Diplomat or strict according to circumstances
Charisma and needs to be seen as a leader
Well organized, rigorous and methodical but enough adaptability to local constraints.
English fluent, Spanish, French, Arabic or Portuguese knowledge would be a great plus
