Responsibilities
S/he will assist in identifying, intervening, and providing support services to GBV survivors and facilitate GBV/HIV integration
S/he will assist in liaising with relevant stakeholders, agencies, and organizations to coordinate efforts in addressing GBV and ensuring access to justice for survivors
S/he will assist to foster strong collaboration and facilitate GBV system strengthening amongst GBV implementers across GBV Implementing sites
S/he will assist in ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in handling day-to-day GBV routine activities
S/he will assist in providing survivors with healthy, safe,schooled, and stable domain
S/he will assist in mapping hotspots to carry out sensitization outreaches and work with community stakeholders, ministry, community/facility GBV focal persons, and other organizations/structures to identify GBV cases.
S/he will assist in coordinating community mobilization, sensitization/awareness outreaches, community/key stakeholders engagement (Police, CPC Team), and identify more GBV champions for sustainability
S/he will assist in coordinating quarterly technical working group meetings and quarterly GBV review meetings.
S/he will assist in participating and representing WEWE in all meetings and GBV activities, training, and technical meetings within and outside the State.
S/he will assist in carrying out the data validation exercise, and provide accurate data for entry into the national GBV dashboard
S/he will assist in coordinating training for the community/facility GBV focal persons
S/he will assist in carrying out daily GBV routine activities and ensure survivors are given the needed legal support
Perform other duties as may be assigned by his/her supervisor.
