We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated drivers to join our Fulfillment Officers (Driver) fleet to pave the way for our on-demand revolution and represent the Safi.ng brand to customers. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting, fast growing company and be at the forefront of delivering great customer experiences through collections and deliveries. FOs (Drivers) will need to be punctual, reliable, flexible and customer-oriented. As well as having relevant driving experience, it is important that the successful candidate is a happy, passionate and committed individual who enjoys working independently and communicates well with customers. All applicants must also own a smartphone and be comfortable using apps. It is also important to have a good knowledge of Lagos roads and the best routes. From time to time, FOs (Drivers) may be required to complete other driving-related activities for Safi.ng.Responsibilities
Daily route planning/scheduling and driving
Completing customer collections and deliveries
Communicating with Safi.ng and customers in a polite and friendly manner
Maintaining and updating Safi.ng driver app throughout the day
Requirements
Clean drivers license
Must pass a CRB criminal background check
Have good spoken and written English
Polite, professional and friendly manner
Good knowledge of Lagos desirable
Minimum of OND
