Job Responsibilities

Welcome customer
Take all details needed for the order
Give prices (with the help from supervisor/manager)
Up selling for both services and stationary section
Report to Supervisor
Client enquiry & feedback
Updating data collected on a soft copy (excel sheet)
Reply e-mails if supervisor/Asst Mgr not present
Answering the phones after two rings

Educational Qualification

Minimum of OND with 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar industry

Skills:

Excellent MS office skills especially MS Word and excel
Excellent communication via email
Report writing
Problem solving ability
Ability to implement plans and instructions
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to plan and execute plans

Other:

Professional Certification in a Computer related course is an added advantage
