Responsibilities
Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
Respond to guests’ inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Monitor daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
Manage reservations and room availability
Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes
Monitor and review guest feedback
Resolve customer complaints
Train and coach front desk staff
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
Applicant possesses a minimum of HND/B.Sc from any of the Nigeria-recognized Universities and any related professional course will be an added advantage.
Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a 3,4 or 5-star hotel environment.
Must have a very good knowledge of hotel reservation software like Opera PMS.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be flexible to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
Excellent communication
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must have excellent interpersonal people and coaching skills
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
