Front Desk / Sales Rep /Customer Service Personnel

Job Overview:

The Front Desk Receptionist/Sales Associate plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment while also supporting sales efforts. This position involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and performing administrative tasks, in addition to handling sales transactions, assisting with product promotions, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, providing general information or directing inquiries as necessary.
Manage the front desk area to maintain an organized and welcoming environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Sales Support:

Assist customers in person, by phone, or online, addressing inquiries about products or services.
Promote and upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
Support sales team members with follow-up tasks and customer relationship management.

Administrative Support:

Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and office organization.
Assist with office supplies management and inventory control.
Help in processing and organizing sales-related documents and records.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a front desk representative, sales associate, or in a relevant position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle sales transactions and use point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
