Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Experience Senior Finance Officer Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and office premises.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Monitor and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience in a Customer Experience/Sales/receptionist role.
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
