Responsibilities
Attend to customers enquires promptly and efficiently
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Educational Qualification
A good National Diploma, additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Must be a female candidate
Age: Not more than 26 years.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Relationship Management
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite1
Strong computer skills

Good written and oral communication
